For non-commercial licenses, you agree to not interfere in any way, including by covering, obscuring, replacing, removing, or altering, with the default flower logo (the BitPerfect.com and GMapTools.com logo), or its link. For commercial as well as non-commercial licenses, you agree not to edit or alter the program or code in any way, regardless of whether such changes effect the internal logic of the program or code. In all cases, copyright and licensing notices will remain intact inside the program or code files.

License to Redistribute: Distributing the software and/or documentation (commercial or otherwise) by any means without prior written permission from 'BitPerfect' is forbidden.

License to Sell: Selling the software and/or documentation (commercial or otherwise) by any means is forbidden. You may not sell from any web site, via email or any other marketing method.

All rights to the BitPerfect software and documentation not expressly granted under this Agreement are reservd to 'BitPerfect'.

Disclaimer of Warranty: THIS SOFTWARE AND ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. BECAUSE OF THE VARIOUS HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE ENVIRONMENTS INTO WHICH OUR SOFTWARE MAY BE USED, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.
